30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a full refund or replacement.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging and all included accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
How to Start a Return
- Email support@mechman.us with your order number
- Our team will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and drop off at any authorized carrier location
- Refund is issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the item
Return Shipping
Returns due to defect or shipping damage are 100% free. For change-of-mind returns, a flat return-shipping fee of $49 applies for freight items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used consumables (welding wire, gas cylinders)
- Custom-configured bundles marked non-returnable
